We have everything you need for your practice. Mats, cushions, blocks, straps; all made of eco-friendly, quality material by Manduka. We clean the mats after every use. There's a changing room and bathroom, space to leave your personal belongings and, if you need one, a fresh towel.

B E G I N N E R S

First time doing yoga? The most important thing to remember when you go to your first yoga class: listen to your body! Allow yourself to be a beginner. Every body is different and there is no such thing as "being bad at yoga" - you have to start somewhere. Trust in your teacher's capability and knowledge. Don't be discouraged if a posture is less comfortable, you'll get there! And know that you can always take child's pose if you need a break - ask your teacher to show you before you start. Furthermore:

  1. CHOOSE - keep in mind that we welcome beginners in all of our classes. Some classes will be more intense than others, but your teacher is always able to guide you through and give you options. If you don't do any type of excercise at the moment, we recommend you to start with a one-star class first to see how it goes.
  2. ARRIVE - try to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the class, to have some time to find the studio, change if necessary, and maybe talk with the teachers about your questions or experience so far.
  3. BRING - you can wear clothes in which you feel comfortable in and can move freely in. All you need during the class is already at the studio. We practice yoga barefoot, but you can bring socks (and perhaps a sweater) to make yourself comfortable during the relaxation at the end of practice.

Integral
Light
Yin

In the one-star classes, you will focus more on relaxation, breath and light stretching. These classes are not very dynamic. 

Integral: an integrative yoga practice, meaning it includes breathing excercises, stretching and meditation

Yoga Light: designed for beginners, but practiced by all; a light practice focused on the basic elements of yoga

Yin: by staying in the postures for more time than normal, you profoundly work on the stretch of the muscle

Hatha
Vinyasa

The two-star classes are a bit more dynamic and therefore a bit more sportive. While working on flexibility, they also work on endurance

Flex: for those who want to increase their flexibility by practicing postures very much focused on opening and enlarging the muscles

Hatha: classic yoga practice, constructed by combining light postures, profound stretches and breathing excercises

Vinyasa: a practice focused on uniting breath and movement; each in- and exhalation means a change of posture

Meditation / Breath

Three-star classes are very focused on strength and endurance. The free practices focus on deepening the regular practice.

Ashtanga: a repetitive series of postures for a profound workout of the body. We guide you through the primary series

Power: a dynamic and sportive practice, using and advancing your strength and endurance - for those who want a workout

Meditation / Breath: 30 minutes of meditation or breathing excercises, free and open to all.
